Shipping and Returns
We want to make things easy for you, and our return policy will help do just that. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your items, please email Customer Service within 7 days of the products arrival to be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number. After you receive the number, you can mail us your item for a refund, or store credit if the item was opened or used. Unfortunately, after 30 days, refunds or credits are not possible.

We hope to make your experience with us as easy and as satisfying as possible. There are many shipping options available when you order a product. We use Fedex, UPS, and the USPS services and offer standard shipping as well as expedited options from 3 day to over night delivery. Of course, the timing of shipping needs to take into consideration that it generally takes 1 day to prepare the order. Dorm Trunks take approximately 4 to 5 for custom manufacture. Trunks aside, if we receive an order before noon Monday through Friday, we will make every attempt to ship out your order in the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or a holiday will be shipped on the following Monday or first business day after the holiday.
